ART gallery owner Alison Kelly can expect some $1.8 million from the sale of 10 Woodside Crescent in Toorak.The single-level house with three bedrooms and a study will be auctioned at 11.30am next Saturday by Marshall White Armadale's Peter Bennison.The art connoisseur ran the respected indigenous Alison Kelly Gallery for about 10 years, some of that time from a front room in the Toorak house, which is configured as a self-contained office. The house also includes off-street parking for two cars.
